Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. This can be a physical receipt, email order confirmation, or order number.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your items.

Shipping the Return: Securely pack your items, and send them back to us using a traceable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund to the original form of payment. Please note that it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international orders, please contact our customer service team to inquire about return options. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and customs duties may apply.
